Refund policy

RUTURN POLICY:

TEXTILES: All pillows, throws, and bedding must be in it's original packaging, sealed and unopened, In order to qualify for a return. The return must take place within 14 days following the transaction and returned in-store. You must have the original email/phone number from the original transaction.

ART AND RUGS: At this time, we do not accept returns on any art work and rugs.

FURNITURE: Any and all furniture purchased from the showroom floor are to be considered a final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These are to included sofas, sections, accent chairs, chests, sideboards, side tables, etc.

HOME ACCESSORIES AND LIGHTING/LAMPS: All home accessories and lighting are to be considered a final sale and are not returnable. All transactions made in the showroom are to be considered accepted by the customer and once the customers leaves, the items are not returnable.

FINAL SALE AND CLEARANCE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

All purchased items noted: Final Sale, Discontinued, and Clearance/Discounted items are not returnable or exchangeable including.

BOSWELL DESIGN SHOWROOM does not accept returns or exchanges on the following transactions Showroom Sales, pop-up shops, or gift cards. Any product that has been customized/personalized or pre-ordered at the showroom for you is non-refundable.
